1. VAT on goods moving between European Union Member States
1. Goods supplied between taxable persons (or VAT registered traders) are exempted with a right to deduct the input VAT (zero-rated) on despatch if they are sent to another Member State to a person who can give his VAT number in another Member State. This is known as an "intra-Community supply".
2. By filling and submitting the customer registration form with a valid VAT number, customers apply to become a "Verified Professional" and purchase products online at www.orthosale.com without VAT taxation.
3. After we have verified the validity of the supplied VAT number using the VAT Information Exchange System (VIES), customers can place orders without VAT.

9. Right of Withdrawal
   Customers have the right of withdrawal to back out of a distance contract, without penalties and without giving reason, within a 14 days period starting from the delivery day. Customers can not exercise their right of withdrawal on contracts regarding custom-made products or not prefabricated products, manufactured according to a specific customer's choice.

10. Pricing and availability
    We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.
    As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be out of stock. Out of stock products will be marked as "backorder". All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
11. Customs
    When ordering goods from OrthoSale.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

    OrthoSale.com does not limit in any way our liability by law for death or personal injury caused from our negligence or breach of duty or caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
16. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
    We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time.     These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Luxembourg City.
